The first to do before adding products into the shopping basket:

1) Select the right Currency (DKK, EURO or USD)
2) Show prices With VAT (inside EU) or Without VAT (outside EU)
The prices are equal to everyone on the planet. We accept payment in DKK, EURO and USD. Since we are a Danish based company the WebShop will default show the prices in DKK and with VAT.
International customers can change the currency to EURO and USD. Furthermore, you can see the prices without VAT. Customers living inside EU will be charged for VAT. Customers living outside EU will not be charged for VAT before shipping, but they may be charged for local VAT when the goods is delivered (not always, sometimes they forget it). In for example Hong Kong the VAT is 0%, in Singapore and Switzerland the VAT is 7%, in USA the VAT is between 0% and 9%, in South Korea the VAT is pretty high, it is similar to most EU countries.


If you live inside EU: Select "EURO or DKK" and "Show with VAT"

If you live outside EU: Select "EURO or USD" and "Show without VAT"


At present, we accept the following credit cards: Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB from customers living in almost all countries, with exception of a few. To be able to offer you Denmarks best payment security we are using DanDomain's payment system and therefore the payment gateway to Acoustic Reality's WebShop is SSL certificated and VeriSign Secured. Furthermore, Acoustic Reality's OnLine Secure and International WebShop is certified by PBS International.

It is also possible to let your local bank wire the money directly to our bank account. This is the cheapest way to pay, since you only have to pay a small fee to your own bank.
