Bang & Olufsen can't deliver ICEpower before 2011 because of bad planning by US semiconductor manufacturers.
Acoustic Reality ordered more parts in Dec. 2009 and so far the orders have been postponed three times. The result is that we can't deliver eAR 601 and 602 before Feb. 2011. And that's actually very good news for music lovers, because we have a much better sounding amplifier concept compared to the standard stock concept from Bang & Olufsen. The concept is based on the award winning eAR Two amplifier. However, it is pretty much more time consuming to build!
eAR Two was one of the best sounding amplifiers with ICEpower technology, for example concept received Amplifier of The Year Award by StereoTimes and many high-end manufacturers tried to copy it, for example Jeff Rowland and PS Audio. The secret was Acoustic Reality's analog power supply and its proprietary filters and other special improvements. Now we are introducing a new amplifier and so far it is the best sounding amplifier indeed. The name of the new amplifier is
eAR LiSN
The new eAR LiSN is a stereo power amplifier with 2 x 300 Watt RMS @ 8 Ohm and 2 x 600 Watt RMS @ 4 ohm.
eAR LiSN is able to produce up to 82 Ampere of current per channel,
which is the double current output compared to the previous made eAR 1001 amplifier.
No other ICEpower amplifier can produce up to 82 Ampere per channel!
The hight of the glassy shining cabinet is 6 cm, the width is 43 cm and the weight is 10 kg.
eAR LiSN comes with balanced XLR inputs, single-ended RCA inputs and nextgen WBT connectors.
The factory direct price of eAR LiSN is US$4000 (ex. VAT).

I have listened to a pair of your eAR 602 3G-WBT amps over the weekend and I must say they sound great! Very precise, clear, powerful ... and all that out of a tiny and light weighed box ... that's simply amazing.
I have decided to use your amps and replace my 4 Classe CA-M400 Monoblocks, after all 25.000 € worth of amps (and 160 Kg heavy). I guess that gives you an idea how much I like your devices ;-)
